In November Bubba and I were invited to artNest Delray. I thought we would sit down and paint or draw and wouldn’t get very messy. Boy was I wrong! At artNest kids are able to explore their creative side fully. Nothing is off limits! They can sit and paint, throw paint on the wall, walk in paint and create however they wish!
Bubba LOVED it! He sat for the majority of our visit and painted with his fingers and a brush on canvas. Everyone was blown away by his attention span and honestly, I was too!
After about 45 minutes he finally decided to see what the other kids were doing. He turned the corner and saw them throwing paint soaked balls and dipping their toes in paint. Bubba hates getting messy but decided to dive in! His smile and laughter melted my heart. Seeing him happy makes me so happy!
I was so impressed by artNest! The ladies were incredible and made sure to keep things age appropriate for each child. They were encouraging and loved watching the little ones learn and explore.
Since our visit in November, artNest has opened a second location in Boca. We can’t wait to visit! Make sure to check out their website to sign up for classes at either location. Pro tip, bring a change of clothes for you and your kid(s)! The paint does wash out but if you have plans after or need to run a few errands, you’ll want to change.
